Whatever makes you feel bad, leave it

Sometimes feeling bad is an indication there’s something we need to fix in ourselves or a wrong we need to make right or a relationship we need to get back to a good place. Don’t hold on to things that are toxic or abusive or people but also don’t hold onto hurt or anger fear or regret. Hold on to one another and love even when it’s not so easy or when we do have some justification in feeling hurt or such you know, we are all imperfect. We do need to help and forgive one another and for me personally. When something really bugs me or I’m really feeling bad it’s usually because of something I need to make right or because I could’ve handled it better or because I’m holding onto hard feelings or my pride. ~ Jill Anderson
